The "Mediaevalist" collection is inspired by the culture and art of the Middle Ages. During this era, jewellery and personal items were often engraved with nomina sacra (sacred names), which were believed to protect the wearer from evil and help them achieve success.
Archaeologists find such items throughout Europe, where they were often used by clergy and nobility who sought to gain the favour of higher powers. Hence, every piece in this collection carries an ancient history and a mysterious purpose, which I have endeavoured to uncover.
