My approach entails embodying the sublime essence that craftsmen of bygone eras infused into jewellery.

Throughout the history of the world, people have always been accompanied by jewellery. And its essence was not only in decorating the body. Each object and material carried a certain meaning, be it a promise of love, a protection from evil, an intention to live a prosperous life or various kinds of amulets and talismans. With the passage of time, the sacred meaning of metals and stones has not disappeared, although it has become less significant.

intro about

Studying this subject sparked my interest in the meaning of metals and stones to people in different cultures and religions.

Already studying at university, I learned how to research books and manuscripts in ancient languages, which gave me the opportunity to learn about the many meanings and secrets that can be hidden in a precious pieces using different combinations of metals and stones.

Nowadays, for my works, I like to find unusual stories about people and objects associated with them. Current cultural trends are nudging individuals towards rediscovering the sacred significance of jewellery art.

In my historical replicas or my own items based on real prototypes, I try not only to simply repeat the form, but also to reproduce what this object meant to jewellers and art connoisseurs of the past.
