Jewellery of appropriate quality cannot be exchanged and/or returned within a 14-day period due to unsuitability in shape, dimensions, style, colour, size, or configuration.
Additionally, jewellery of appropriate quality that has been custom-made or personalised to the customer's specifications cannot be exchanged and/or returned.
Terms for returning jewellery of inappropriate quality:
- You can return an item purchased from our online store within 7 (seven) days of receiving it (this does not apply to items made to custom orders);
- The products have to be unworn and unused, in the original condition for returns;
- Returns are only possible for new items in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact as they were at the time of delivery to you;
- The customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees for returns;
- To initiate a return, please contact us and fill out the form we will send you. Sign the form and return it to us along with the item;
- When we receive a returned product in the declared condition, we will review it within 4 business days;
- If the item meets all the requirements, we will accept the return. We will refund the money within thirty days from the date we receive the returned item and the original return request form.
Exchange or return of exclusive jewellery made to custom orders is not possible, except in cases of inappropriate quality due to manufacturing defects.
If you discover a defect within the three-month warranty period, you must return the item to us. We will will review it, and if the defect meets all the requirements, we will accept the return.
If you discover a defect after the warranty period has expired, you may return the item to us for servicing. Post-warranty servicing is carried out at the customer's expense.
Discrepancies between the item and the customer’s expectations do not indicate poor quality.
Natural wear and tear of the item does not indicate poor quality. Natural wear includes, but is not limited to, tarnishing of items, the appearance of scratches, and other signs of wear and mechanical impact.
